  Ian managed to visit on the day I called about the leak. He kept me informed as to arrival time, located the leak and fixed it. His approach was friendly and professional and he did a good job.

  My utility cupboards were fine, but the worktop was scratched and old-fashioned. Colin quoted to replace the worktop, remove the old tiles and replace with an upstand, and replace the tap. The workmanship was excellent and Colin offered many suggestions such as moving the cupboards around to make a more efficient layout. Colin employs an apprentice, which I like very much. We need to encourage the next generation of craftsmen. I would definitely recommend Redwood Kitchens.

  David arrived promptly and assessed the situation. He came back 2 weeks later to seal the nest. Unfortunately about a week later there was more evidence of rats, but David came back as arranged and is now dealing with them included in the original quote.

  Peter discovered, on removing the old fascias and soffits, that the reason they had rotted was because the original builders had put insufficient leading on the roof. As always, he showed us plenty of pictures of the area he was working on, and completed a much more complicated repair than at first anticipated to a high standard. Peter is always courteous and keeps us informed if he cannot come on an agreed date because of the weather.

  An excellent job. David, Oscar and the team were courteous, tidy and extremely diligent. They consulted with us every step of the way, making sure we were happy with each stage. When they discovered a potential problem which the builders of our extension had created, they showed us what the problem was and, when we had found a solution, David provided an extra worker to fix the problem for us. We are so pleased with the result we will definitely be inviting them back to spruce up our front drive area.

  Colin did a very professional job. He worked tidily with the minimum of disruption and the job was done to a very high standard in a very quick time. David didn't seem to mind that we changed our minds twice over the colour scheme! We are completely happy with the work, and would definitely use David's company again.
