  Kitchen sink reseal and supply and replacement of an outside garden tap ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Really happy with the work. Ian responded fast, explained the plan and cost clearly, and timekeeping was impeccable. The old sink seal looked rough. He removed it carefully, prepared the surface, and applied a clean, straight silicone line. The finish is tidy, professional, and watertight. He also supplied and fitted a new outside tap, tested it, and left the area neat. Calm and friendly, kept me involved, and communication was spot on from start to finish. Fair price for small jobs with zero fuss. We will definitely call on him again and I will recommend him to anyone who asks.

  Installed washing machine and fixed badly plumbed waste pipes

  We recently moved into a property and Ian was a life saver. We had a leak from our utility room waste which Ian diagnosed via photos/video and came round the next day to resolve, he also installed our new washing machine. He’s friendly, a tidy worker and the work came in at the price quoted. I’d have no hesitation recommending Ian.

  Kitchen Waste pipe replacement and new outside tap

  Ian from Waterworks provided excellent service from start to finish , I’m a very nervous customer but he was very responsive throughout , provided quotes very efficiently and was very prompt with arrival and completion of the two jobs to an excellent standard in replacing our kitchen waste water pipe and a new outside tap. I was very happy with Ian’s service, he’s very polite and friendly which goes a long way. I’m relieved to find such a great and reliable local plumber who we will definitely be keen to call on in the future.

  Ian fitted us an outside tap

  I recently had an outside tap fitted by this plumber, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Ian arrived on time, was friendly and polite, and took the time to explain exactly what needed doing. The work was completed to a very high standard with no mess left behind, and the tap is working perfectly. It’s clear Ian takes great pride in his work. It’s not often you come across tradespeople who is this reliable and skilled – a real gem! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ian again he’s highly recommended.

  Taps exchanging

  Ian replaced the taps in both my kitchen and bathroom. He was punctual, friendly, and professional throughout. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard, and he left everything clean and tidy. Ian made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.   Removal & Refitting of Toilet

  We have used Ian on several occasions over the last year or so for replacing taps, pipes and removal and refitting of toilets and sinks required for tiling and wood flooring fitting. He is always quick to reply to messages and accommodating on fitting jobs in. This recent refit was just as good as the others. Ian is highly experienced and takes pride in his work. He has great knowledge of plumbing and his advice was very helpful. The standard of his work is top class and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!
