  Great communication. Ben sorted out a date and time for the gutter cleaning very quickly. He co firmed his attendance and messaged toilet me know he was on his way. Worked very tidy and confirmed when the job had been completed. Will be using again

  Dry verge edging and patch pointing

  Work carried out as stated. Fault with dry verge installation. Pictures sent to Nick from precision grinding and repointing. Arranged to come and fix. Builder did not attend. Messaged me to rearrange and did not attend again. I have messaged a couple of times, left messages on voicemail and also tried to contact through check a trade direct but have been. Unable to make contact. The dry verge kit is coming away from the roof as has not been secured correctly

  Nathan was very friendly and communicated well. Came out to look at the job very fast, and booked in a day for the repair. Arrived on the day as stated completed the works and tidied up after themselves. Very easy to talk to, will definitely use again for other works

  Chris and his team were excellent!!! They were all friendly and approachable, cleaned up at the end of each day. Kept me informed of what was happening each step of the way and checked that we were happy with the work. I would highly recommend these builders and I will be using them again in the future and passing on their details to friends and family.
