Job Done, Absolutely no complaints
Received a very reasonable quote a few minutes after submitting my request Wednesday morning and Ben managed to fit us in this morning (Saturday) after I asked if today was possible. Communication was great, he turned up on time, was friendly and professional, and carpets came out cleaner than we thought was possible. Brilliant - Would Recommend
Excellent - rang me very quickly after putting in the initial enquiry - a full carpet clean - shared how urgent it was so he moved some things around to make it work for the following day. Rang me an hour before arriving as promised. The actual service was spot on. Explained what could be done and exceeded what advised would be done.
