  Excellent service, visited to provide quote and samples to view. No nonsense. When he came to do the job same level of professionalism. Great job, completed quickly and without fuss. If I could move more furniture to allow carpet to be laid - he would be the first point of call!

  The professional reviewed the job and made the best and most cost effective solution to the problem - they tried to save me money such a welcome change. Lovely team and would happily use them again. Nothing was too much for them and so kind. Please - why are other people in this area of work not as professional??? EXCELLENT!

  The professional arrived within the time frame - got onto the job immediately - was polite, informative and loved the way they cleaned up as they went. A great experience and as they carried out the work effectively they completed in less than the time scales expected so the final invoice reflected this. Will use them again and look at other services they provide. Did not feel as though I was being taken advantage of but valued so well done. THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!

  Was quoted £500 for 2 days work - excellent work carried out in 25% of time but no reduction in costs....Also due to arrive at 8.00 - 9.30 and I had to ring to check they were coming. Pros and cons but good work which is what you want.
