  Charlie was initially great, came over, was super responsive and gave us a quote. Since giving us a quote and us accepting Charlie has essentially ghosted us and despite numerous voicemails, calls and texts we haven’t had a response other than a general “I’ll get back to you”. We appreciate that Charlie may be too busy to take on the job and we asked him to let us know if that was the case but again… no response! Very disappointed
