Bricklaying to parapets
Charlie was initially great, came over, was super responsive and gave us a quote. Since giving us a quote and us accepting Charlie has essentially ghosted us and despite numerous voicemails, calls and texts we haven’t had a response other than a general “I’ll get back to you”. We appreciate that Charlie may be too busy to take on the job and we asked him to let us know if that was the case but again… no response! Charlie arrived promptly to provide his quote following the initial enquiry we put on Checkatrade. Agreed to fit it in almongst larger jobs as for me, this job was not urgent. Repair of Damaged Warehouse wall

Garden wall
From the time that they came out to give a very reasonable quote, to when the job was finished, I found the whole experience of having work done very professional and I had complete peace of mind that I had made the right decision in choosing Heritage to do the work.
