  Professional, reasonably priced aerial company - responsive and good

  David came round within half an hour of calling him. He established which of my aerials was the live one. Removed the old one and the cables associated with it. He was polite, helpful and did a good job

  Replacing front door lock

  The key in my Yale lock broke off in the lock. Dan suggested that we replace the lock (it was over thirty years old and the reason the key broke was because the lock was moving). He didn't try to sell the most expensive lock, but gave us suggestions around the options. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He installed the new lock neatly and without leaving any mess. He also cut extra keys and checked that they worked before he left. When I contacted him with a question about the lock the next day, he phoned back within an hour and gave me a good explanation. I would highly recommend him.

  Replacement lock and new keys

  The key broke in the yale lock on my front door. The locksmith came round within ninety minutes of my call, got the broken key out of the lock and recommended the lock should be replaced. He offered a range of locks that we could choose from. We chose one, he installed it and cut several keys for us. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and reasonably priced.

  Cleaning of gutters

  From the communication about the quotation, arranging the appointment to actually carrying out the service TIG were excellent, polite and friendly. The before and after photos of the gutters were a surprising and helpful addition to the service. Using just a ladder and a bucket, a thoroughly professional job was carried out and the contents of our gutters taken away. He also gave me some advice on how our gutters and downpipes could be improved. I would highly recommend TIG if you want your gutters cleaned

  Cleaning of external patio

  Tony did a really excellent professional job of cleaning our patio. It was in a poor state not having been cleaned for several years and he left it looking like new. He was diligent and left the site clean. I would highly recommend Tony for this type of work.

  Replacing storm damaged fencing

  When Dean came to quote. He was very thorough and made several helpful suggestions about how to make our fencing more robust the next time we have wind. His estimate was detailed as to what he was going to do. His quote was not the cheapest (but neither was it the most expensive), but it was the most detailed and made clear that it included clearing away the old fences. Dean and his wife did an excellent job in repairing the fences and left the site tidy. They were both polite and friendly. Dean even went above and beyond fixing a gate that had not been part of the original quote.

  Assembling and taking down a tower to support replacement of windows

  From the intial contact it was clear that they know what they are talking about both about what was needed and the various regulations covering the assembling and certifying of scaffolding. Intelligent questions were asked and warnings given of the risk to tiles. The team did a very professional job both putting up the scaffolding (including protecting the tiles) and taking it down. The left the site tidy and clean. They were certainly not the cheapest quote that I had, but I chose them for their profesionalism and was pleased with the job they did.

  Opened an internal door and replace spindle

  We had a Victorian door with a worn spindle that blew shut and would not open. Tony opened the door and then replaced the spindle. Given that the original spindle was a Victorian Imperial spindle the replacement metric spindle was too wide to go into the Victorian door knobs so Tony had to use a grinder to make the spindle fit. He also had to reduce the length of the replacement. He was very thorough and professional.

  Fitted new 77" screen, ceiling speakers and multi-function remote

  They had to come three times to complete the job but this was because Richer Sounds had supplied the wrong ceiling speakers twice. They did an excellent job in particular Liam. Always polite, always tidy and always with clear explanations of what they were doing. They gave a a good explanation on how to operate the system having completed the job. I would highly recommend using them

  Replacement of cartridge for pure water on a Franke triflow tap.

  It was a simple and straightforward job as I had already got the part that needed to be fixed. Elliot was polite, tidy and quick. The job was expensive for the limited amount of time that the work too, though he did not charge a call out charge. The only slight criticism would be that the way he fixed the tap when off was not exactly vertical but over to the right. However I should have checked that before he left.
