  Fixed leaking guttering

  Very good communications. They came over quickly to give an estimate, and quickly gave a date to do the work. However, they didn't turn up on the agreed day due to sickness. They also didn't turn up on the second agreed date without any explanation. Finally came and did the work on the third agreed date. I will have to wait until it rains to see if the the guttering is not leaking... currently we're in a heatwave!

  Replaced a broken fan in the boiler

  David kept me in the loop, told me about the price of the replacement part and didn't overcharge for labour. A good result overall, thanks

  Boiler repair: losing pressure

  Chris was excellent from start to finish. He identified a faulty valve and charged me £3 for the part. Boiler is now not losing pressure. Very happy with the result.
