Efficient and Effective Service
We had new a smart meter added but the new rules meant that the supplier had to cap the gas off due to a small drop. This resulted in us having no cooker, heating or hot water. I contacted David and explained the situation. He was so approachable and understanding of the issue. He was able to come the following day to test the pipes and restore our supply. He was super-efficient, friendly and clearly explained what he was doing. Very reasonable cost too.
