  Unprofessional, and simply look for ways to charge and not to fix faults. Stay away from this crowd

  Charged me for coming out and inspecting without any intention to do the work. Told me how much works would cost and assured me it was a one time fix that would solve the issue. I ended up paying over 500 pounds, after fixing the engineer notified me there is another part that needs changing which could not be foreseen at the outset. So I had to pay for another visit, and also for the part. Engineer left assuring us it's all sorted, but that night a new error message came up - the company then suggested they fully replace the boiler This outfit are not to be trusted.
