  Efficient builder for wrap around extension

  MS Thind built my single-floor wrap-around extension. A few words to describe their service will be 'Practical, Reliable, Resourceful'. The extension was completed in Jun 2026, as per the quote. This is especially challenging to meet in 2026, as the cost of building materials has increased significantly due to unexpectedly high oil prices. It is also worth noting that my project started with a scam builder (also found from checkatrade website) with a foundation built that does not meet building control standards and structural calculations. MS Thind rectified all issues and met BC standard.
