Efficient builder for wrap around extension
MS Thind built my single-floor wrap-around extension. A few words to describe their service will be 'Practical, Reliable, Resourceful'. The extension was completed in Jun 2026, as per the quote. This is especially challenging to meet in 2026, as the cost of building materials has increased significantly due to unexpectedly high oil prices. It is also worth noting that my project started with a scam builder (also found from checkatrade website) with a foundation built that does not meet building control standards and structural calculations. Loft Conversion - Amazing job again - Thank you! Rajinder and his team did an amazing job again at our house in Guildford. He completed a hip to gable loft conversion with full dormer. He put in two bedrooms and a bathroom and the whole thing looks great. The quality of finish is amazing (exposed brick / some bespoke storage areas etc). We had an excellent experience from start to finish with this company. Very hard working builder. Did jobs for us in our kitchen and bathroom very efficiently and in very little time with no delays.
