  The work that was carried out by Rajinder and his team was outstanding. I had a similar project done at my old house but this was even better. The quality of workmanship in every area was excellent. He was very flexible with timings and had good suggestions throughout. He (and his team) are so nice to work with and made sure that we were happy with the work every step of the way. I'll definitely be using his services again (maybe for a loft conversion). His pricing was very good too. Thank you Rajinder, we are so happy with it!

• Office refurb

  MS thind completed the renovation of our offices on two occasions. Previous to that, they done work on 2 residential properties by gutting them down to brick and starting again, including all plumbing and electrics., All of their staff members were great to work with and cleaned up after them selves everyday. The job was done to very good standard and we shall be using them for all future work, whether that be residential or commercial.

  I highly recommend this builder for any renovation or construction project. They recently completed a loft conversion and whole house renovation for us and the results are absolutely stunning. Not only did they do an excellent job with the work itself, but they also took the time to provide guidance and suggestions to make our house truly feel like a home. They were professional, reliable and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and would definitely use them again in the future.

  Rajinder and team completed the work to high standard. They did extension of kitchen, bedroom, shower and renovated an old toilet. The team were professional hardworking and friendly. The only downside being tidiness. They completed painting tiling plastering tai high standard. I recommend the team for any building projects.
