  Replace expansion valve

  Ben charged £150 labour to replace an expansion valve which he said cost £90. This was for a boiler repair at our care home with vulnerable children. He fixed the boiler but when I asked him for an invoice to send to the Landlord of the property. He told me he was never asked to do them and sent a poorly typed invoice with no information on it i.E. His address or Gas safe code. He pestered for payment and we paid him on the proviso he forwarded the receipt for the part. When I chased him he blocked my number. Unprofessional and deceitful. I would not recommend him!
