  Ross contacted me within 24hrs and asked for photos of my alarm panel and sensors. He asked me relevant questions and arranged to pop over to see what was needed. Ross was able to sort out the problem professionally within an hour. He charged me a reasonable fee (unlike some quotes I had received!) and I was very happy with his honesty and professionalism.

  5 Star Roofcare rectified work that had been done on my roof (or not done at all) by a previous firm. 5 Star has been in business for years and has a professional and friendly approach, replacing broken tiles, fixing lead flashing, patching felt and cementing the valleys. They surveyed the state of the roof, did photos, quoted and provided before and after photos, showing me in person everything that had been completed or rectified. I can now breathe a sigh of relief and have a five year guarantee that's worth the paper it is written on.

  I gave a 3/10 review for this company who carried out work on my roof which was a disaster. I now give them 1/10 and have now discovered that I was charged full price for work that was not completed. Their guarantee is worthless and they are not responding to my messages. Avoid like the plague!

  Abstract plans attended my property 21st December 2023 punctually and drew up plans. They assisted with obtaining planning permission granted in April 2024. They are a professional company and have a personable approach. However, they have been rather slow. They could have advised me to ask my builder to dig a trial hole soon after planning permission was granted in April. Instead this was advised and only done in June which has led to a significant delay to the start of works planned mid July.
