Shane was very nice and helpful when he arrived and upon assessing our leak he determined we needed a new roof. Scaffolding was up the day after and the roof was then completed in a week or so. In addition to this he repointed our back wall and put new gutters/fascias on our back extension. Unfortunately after these works were completed we found that the leak was not fixed and despite repeated attempts to get him to come back and fix it he did not come back and did not respond. We now have another leak and still no response even though he gave a guarantee. Also left rubbish here! Avoid!!!!!!!Job location: M46
