Scammers. Avoid.
Replaced guttering, fascias and soffits, repointed ridge tiles and replaced some tiles. Within 2 months guttering has separated in places leading to leaks. Have fixed one myself and found they had under measured. Basic error. Same has now happened at a harder to reach location. Poor pointing of ridge tiles has left gap and now have wasp nest in roof. Originally went with these guys as had good reviews. No response to messages request they come back to fix. Scammers. Avoid.

Poor Guttering work & no attempt to rectify
Fitted new gutters to front and back. Both leaked very soon after and the front gutter didn’t leak before Keenan’s carried out the work. Tried repeatedly to contact them to rectify the job. Even lodged a formal complaint through CheckaTrade. We paid over £1000 and have been left with guttering leaking at the front and back of the property. Avoid at all costs.

Roof Replacement
Shane was very nice and helpful when he arrived and upon assessing our leak he determined we needed a new roof. Scaffolding was up the day after and the roof was then completed in a week or so. In addition to this he repointed our back wall and put new gutters/fascias on our back extension. Unfortunately after these works were completed we found that the leak was not fixed and despite repeated attempts to get him to come back and fix it he did not come back and did not respond. We now have another leak and still no response even though he gave a guarantee. Also left rubbish here! Avoid!!!!!!!

Excellent Roofing Work and Great Service
Shane and his team repaired the roof ridges, capped and repointed the chimneys, replaced gutters, and fitted new fascias on our 30s semi. They were brilliant – tidy, efficient and did a great job. Shane kept us fully updated throughout and gave helpful advice. Really happy with the result and would definitely recommend.
