  New fence and decking repair

  Old fence was taken away and new fence put up all in a day including a quick fix to the decking. Darren then came back another day to paint the decking and finish taking down a tree and rubbish removal. Efficient and communicated throughout to make sure I was happy with the work.

  Since the work was completed, we’ve had several unresolved issues: Two sockets in the upstairs office were unable to be screwed back in because plaster was obstructing the plates along with huge gaps in the plaster. A large section of skirting board is missing, which was not part of the job and they tried to hide the damage behind bin bags of waste. We had repeatedly asked the company to return and fix these problems, but weeks went by with no response or clear plan to put things right. Overall, very disappointing experience — poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and no communication

  Engineered flooring in hallway

  I had used Jerry before for another job so was pleased when he said he was available for this work too. He levelled out the concrete patch in the hallway and fitted the engineered wood flooring. He was also helpful in instructing me on what I needed to purchase. Very reasonable quote as well.
