  I booked, paid a 50% deposit to pre-tenancy clean my 2 bedroom flat plus carpets. On the day were due to arrive at 9am, but called to say it would be 4pm... then they said they couldn't make it and offered the following day. With no spare time I refused this.. couldn't take the chance. It took me a week of continual messaging to get my deposit back.. lot's of failed promises. Communication wasn't good. Wouldn't use again, since I need relaible contractors. Possibly they are good, possibly they had some bad luck that week, possibly the car broke as stated.. but this was my experience.
