  New bathroom

  Reggie installed a new bathroom from start to finish, he was polite, on time and remained clean throughout this removed all the stress away us. He explained everything to us though out the installation of the bathroom he has done a fantastic job i am so happy he installed the bathroom for us. I will be using again in the future for all plumbing and bathroom work and would recommend to anyone who needed anything completed especially bathrooms

  Would avoid - left massive hole in our wall and didn't take any responsibility

  We asked Reggie to come round and fit our two new radiators, he did this for us all fine however on further inspection after he had left, we noticed that he had also left a massive hole in (our newly plastered) wall behind the radiator upstairs - this hole was very visible. My partner messaged him that evening to ask about why there was a hole and Reggie was extremely defensive, aggressive and argumentative taking no responsibility for the fact he had left a massive hole in our wall, blaming us for living in an old house. It resulted in us getting £60 off the bill? Would avoid this company.

  Afternoon tilly todd We attended the property,cross oak road,berkhamsted 24th Aug 2026 If your going to leave a review for me please be truthful and explain the whole job. I only have a certain amount I can write We turned up on time,completed the work you that you thanked us for, you stopped us going to Into certain rooms,you lied about certain parts of job,the hole was a size of 1 penny not massive like you have said, I had to move several pairs of dirty knickers out of the work area unacceptable ! We tried to rectify you was not interested . Dont lie in future it's childish and rude !

  trace and access leak in kitchen ceiling

  A leak in kitchen ceiling, landed here at Earth, called, spoke to Reggie who said he would be with me next day, no water evidence in bathroom at that time and to call him anytime if it got worse before that, it did and he was here in 45 mins, 7pm, he investigated cleanly and very efficiently considering the amount of work involved, massive problem potentially if he hadn't come, he released pressure in ceiling to let the potential collapse drain over night, showed me everything that had caused the problem and told me he would be back the next morning, he was, his costs were clear, no nonsense, he and his colleague worked calmly and professionaly and replaced all the 'mess' piping up there, even had to go through the airing cupboard and when they left you would think nothing had happened! no mess, everything back in place, stunned, I simply can't rate these guys highly enough or thank them enough that's professional!!✨️

  Renovating downstairs loo to include new shower area

  Excellent communication, work and finish. From initial advice, fair quote and work through to completion, they skilfully adapted a difficult small space into an accessible loo with added shower space. Always on time, helpful and tidy.
