  Path and concrete base for an arbour.

  We needed a concrete base for an arbour and a new path. Peter come to look at the job and gave us a quote quickly. Although the work was held up be weather, he kept in touch to let us know when to expect him. He came on the bank holiday to complete the last part of fixing the arbour which has been done very tidily. We would be happy to ask him for quotes for any future similar jobs.

  Leak under the sink.

  The plumber reconfigured the pipework to fix the leak and improve the original rather poor and jumbled work. Not cheap but having just moved into a new house we really appreciated the help provided within 2 hours.

  Small tidying up jobs.

  Perry responded quickly to the enquiry via CheckATrade and come the next day to see the work. Was able to fit it in quickly (3 working days). Work completed and site left tidy. Work as fitting 2 ceiling lights, pointing and minor damage repair. Will use again if work is needed.

  Fixing a leaking roof

  This is the third time that we have used C and M. Luke is always quick to respond and help. We might have found someone cheaper, but Luke is always quick to come and do the work. This time, as they were leaving, they noticed a slipped slate on a different part of the roof. Luke was up the ladder fixing it before we could stop him (and he didn't add anything to the bill.)

  Relaying hip and ridge tiles on a single storey extension.

  Work was to relay hip and ridge tiles on a ground floor extension and replace a small flat roof on a porch. Luke was able to fit it in while waiting for progress which was holding him up on another job. The work was completed as promised and moss removed from the tiles as well. The area was left clean and tidy as promised. The three involved were friendly and polite the whole time. We would have no hesitation in asking them to come for further work if needed on another part of the roof.

  Replacement boiler

  This was the last stage of fixing a tricky problem. Adam was very thorough and methodical trying to work out what was causing the problem and when we all decided that the only solution was a new boiler, they were equally good. We will use them for the ongoing maintenance without a doubt. We found them entirely trustworthy and would recommend to anyone. The price for this, and for previous work, was honoured despite it taking more time than originally expected (including a 12 hour day trying to resolve the problem before having to go for the new boiler option).
