  Repair to “perfect fit” blackout blind

  We couldn’t keep our blinds closed and the part needed to repair it wasn’t available anywhere (including from the manufacturer). The tradesperson came up with an innovative solution to allow us to open and close the blinds as needed. Unconventional, but does the trick!

  Very clear communication, which was really helpful. I wasn’t able to share much useful information about the problem (the blinds were fitted over 10 years ago and I didn’t have details), so they agreed to come and have a look, and explained that a fix may not be possible, depending on what they found. He approached it really thoughtfully and tried a few options before finding a temporary solution that works well for me. I’m very grateful and impressed - I’ll definitely come to Yazici when I’m ready to think about replacing the blinds properly.
