  I had the work carried out remotely as a Landlord as I had a burst pipe and needed a tap replaced and another looked at quickly (which resulted in another replacement) so I’ve marked on feedback from my interaction from that perspective. The plumber who I spoke to on the phone was very clear on the issues, choices and trade offs I had. He actually charged me a little less than he quoted due to the fact the job took less time than expected. The prior communication was very helpful in identifying what would be needed.
