  Pick up was delayed by 1 day but otherwise good communication. Received a call to advise they were 30 minutes away. The (very heavy) item was moved quickly and I would definitely use this company again.

  Friendly, good communication, arrived on time. Fixed the tiles around the bath (without needing to replace any!), also went above and beyond what was expected by re-grouting other areas so the bathroom looks tidy and also gave the grout a good clean. Resealed the bath to what seems to be a very high standard. Very pleased with Tom’s work, he seems to take great pride in what he does and we will certainly contact him again if the need arises. I highly recommend.

  Replaced bathroom tiles

  Re-did some tiles around the bath and checked others were ok. Managed to reuse all of the tiles and tidied up some other areas. Also gave the general area a good clean including grout. Added some extra sealant to places where it was needed and to make the general area look neat. All of the tiles around the bath look superb, Heritage Tiling went above and beyond to ensure that our bathroom looks vastly improved and I would definitely recommend this company. As an individual Tom was courteous, tidy and efficient at his job, he clearly takes pride in his work, no matter how small the job.
