    Powerflush and change of heating pump

    I recently hired Tony for a heating system issue, and his service was exceptional. He was reasonably priced, responsive, and polite. Initially, I hired him for a power flush and pump replacement, as recommended by my insurer's engineers who refused to cover it. However, Tony identified a simpler, cheaper solution and fixed my heating system for less than half the original cost. After agreeing on the revised cost, Tony even called to reduce the bill, explaining he had recalculated the labor cost. I have never encountered such an honest workman. Tony is now my go-to for heating issues.

    Room Thermostat light orange and boilers suddenly became red hot. Couldn't turn orange light off.

    Tony replaced faulty thermostat. He also noticed boiler pressure was low so advised me to keep an eye on any small water leaks near radiators. We had a look around and couldn't see any leaks and/or around boiler system. Until any obvious sign of water can be found, turn pressure up if required to prevent going into red.

    Central Heating

    Hot water working but central heating not working

    After the power cut, our boiler played up. We had hot water but central heating was not working. I asked for advice on Next door app and t called few plumbers . One gas safe engineer came but couldn’t fix it, others were too busy to come immediately or too expensive. Tony replied to my query said cal me. Tony pin pointed the problem on the phone even without having looked at the boiler and has a spare valve in his van. Within the hour boiler was not only fixed but serviced too . E certificate provided and charged reasonable amount. We recommend Tony unreservedly. Thankyou Tony *****
