  Great service from the very start. Had all windows and doors replaced. Including three composite doors and French doors. Steph and James were great when I was in the planning stages, and with letting me know about my options. Fitters were brilliant - tidied up after themselves and they took pride in everything. Really positive experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

  Came out and gave a quote with a really clear overview of what was needed and how it was to be fixed. Arranged to do the job and I had to follow up a few times, but did come to do the work as promised. Really polite, and showed me the work which was done before leaving. Would recommend and will use again if needed.

  Asked for quote to fix leak on flat room

  Steve messaged me and was really polite and offered to visit and provide a quote for the work I needed doing. Arranged for Monday - don’t turn up and he apologised saying it was his mistake. Tuesday - said would potentially visit and would be in touch, messaged late afternoon to say wouldn’t manage to get over, but would send someone Wednesday morning. Wednesday - nobody arrived! I’ve let Steve know I’ll use another company to do the work.

  Radiators removed and refitted

  Fair price and came to do it when he said he would. Removed two radiators as I was having plastering done. Then came back and refitted them, and sorted the pressure. Would recommend and will use again if needed

  Quote was quick and clear, and work carried out soon after I asked for it to be done. Work done to a good standard - some damage to plaster due to tight fitting of previous switch, but couldn’t be helped. Friendly, chatty and polite. Will definitely use again.

  Great work completed by Rob and his team. Had two walls repointed along with the chimney, and then water sealed. Weather meant the work was done over a few weeks, but wasn’t a major issue for me and Rob (and Aria) kept me updated. Would recommend and would use again if needed.

  Arranged for John to visit on two occasions - he didn’t arrive for either of them. After the first time he apologised and I accepted that and re-arranged. He didn’t turn up the second time, no call, no reply to my text message.
