  Unreliable, messy and didn't finish the job

  This company built a wall for me. They left a mess everywhere. They over loaded the skip and the overload is still on my driveway. The coping stones have all fallen off the bricks. They said they would come back and clear the mess and re do the coping stones for a week but never turned up. Check a trade wrote to them but they didn't reply. I have now been left with having to get someone else in to clear the mess and re do the coping stones.

  Replaced broken dog flap

  Unfortunately one part of the dog flap was broken but he worked out how to use the old part until I can get a new part. Excellent communication and very helpful. Will use again.

  It's a shame their timekeeping and communications for quote and to do the job were not good. The men who stayed and got the Bamboo root out were extremely polite and courteous as was the gentleman who cut my neighbours bush back as an extra. They are trying to get themselves organised and I wish them the best for the future.

  Fitting Dog Flap

  Darren was very precise making sure the dog flap wasn't too high or too low for the puppies. Did the work efficiently and I didn't have to wait a long time for him to do the work.

  Replace lawn

  They replaced my lawn and said they would make sure it was level. I have left it 6 months to settle but loads of bumps dead patches. I emailed them on 5th April and had no reply. He offered a 10 year guarantee but only 6 months since they did it. A huge mess.

  Fitted new pressure relief valve and gauge and expansion vessel.

  Expertly done and very pleased with job. Had previous gas fitters in and they said they would have to dismantle boiler to fit new expansion vessel at an extremely high price but Sonny managed to fit new one without dismantling boiler.
