    If its can be done - Mark's your man.

    Thought everything lost due to Microsoft's use of " Bitlocker ". Having just got problem with printer solved, was in danger of giving up on computers. Fortunately the "computer whisperer" come " AI Exorcist " rode to the rescue,. Just like the hero's of those 1950's westerns I used to watch as a kid. If you need help - he's you answerer.

    Brilliant, Just, Brilliant

    Absolute diamond

    Mark is an absolute diamond. I needed help with emails, I could not access one account which was frozen. This was rectified in a few minutes. Also set up new printer and print option on my phone. He was very patient as I am quite mature and not good with technology! I would thoroughly recommend him.

My name is Mark, and I have been the face of Southern PC Doctor for the past 23 years

Based in Waterlooville, I offer a mobile Computer PC and laptop repair service from Clanfield to Southsea and Emsworth to Portchester and everywhere in between.


Post codes I cover are: PO1, PO2, PO3, PO4, PO5, PO6, PO7, PO8, PO9, PO10.PO11 and PO16


I come to you to carry out repairs on your laptops, Desktops or Tower PC’s.


I also set up, and trouble shoot Wireless networking issues, email issues and much more, Check the list below or contact me to find out if I can help you with you, IT issues.


Please note that I Don't install any cable networking to other parts of your home or business, you will need to employ an electrician for that type of work.

My Services Include:


  • Slow Computer PC or Laptop.
  • Virus / Malware removal.
  • Wireless Broadband / Internet / networking issues. (please note I don't install network Data cabling or ethernet ports, you would need an electrician for that type of work)
  • Bluetooth and other peripherals.
  • Laptop screen replacements.
  • Email problems.
  • iPad, iPhone, Android tablet and phone software issues.
  • Data backups advise and set up.
  • I do work on Apple Mac's but only to a basic level e.g. If you need help setting one up or you have software issues like word excel, emails etc.

Time Frames:

I can normally get to you within 48 hours and sometimes the same day, carrying essential spares with me just in case you need parts to get you up and running again.


I pride myself on troubleshooting all manner of internet, broadband and wireless issues.

Friendly Advice and Options:

More importantly I communicate with you, the customer.


I like to help make you feel at ease with your IT issues, Options you have to get the best result, and I explain in laymen's terms how I am going to fix them.


Advice is also given on how to avoid issues in the future.

I am a mobile PC repair service, I come to you at work or home, you can drop your PC repair to me by appointment only, because I am out most of the day and work from home and not have a shop front.
