  Work was good. Prompt in providing detailed quote. Before the work commenced we requested additional work which impacted on quote. We identified several snagging issues which builder did not address. After snagging addressed we requested the final amount due and sent payment. Few days later we had a bereavement/at same time we received a message to say builder had misquoted by £1k. I explained we were dealing with funeral so would get back to them as wanted to cross ref the costs. During this time we were bombarded with messages. The balance was paid in full but will never use again.
