  Replacement of the internal Cistern Parts on 2 toilets

  charged a call out fee and they came for 2 mins stating he would need to come back again in a few days. Paid new fees upfront to replace the internal cistern mechanism on two toilets. One successful but the other toilet leaked after the change. . They provided a new quote of £500+ and advised I needed a new toilet. I contacted some other plumbers who asked if the donut washer between the bowl and cistern was replaced. Home fix advised it was but I hired a different firm to come take a look who sourced and replaced the donut and stopped the leak

  Excellent service. Was contacted almost immediately after posting the job. Was able to give a good price upfront and had the plumber at the the door within 90 mins. He identified the issue quickly sourced the part and fit it. Another plumber from a different firm said I needed a whole new toilet for triple the price which wasn’t actually needed . Would use Adam Construction again
