  Fixing tripped circuit

  Mirjan was great, really professional and thorough, and solved the issue with minimum fuss. He had good communication and was able to visit the property on the day, and arrived when he said he would. Really happy with the outcome and would recommend his services.

  Unprofessional and still needs to refund me >£650

  Avoid. Fred carried out work in Jan 2026 (window overhaul/fire door remedials). I was told an invoice and door guarantee would be provided post-payment, but have still not received these. A subsequent fire door inspection found his work did not meet the required standard (failed on points he was supposed to address). Also, due to a banking app error my payment (>£650) was sent twice. Fred has not refunded this and has stopped responding. Overall frustrating experience and the matter remains unresolved. I strongly advise others to avoid, should have listened to other negative reviews.

  Francesco was great and completed the job well. There was a slight miscommunication part way through but he was very understanding and tried his best to find solutions, and everything went smoothly after. Would definitely use him again. Thank you!

  Lawrence was very professional and had great communication throughout the process. He set out clearly what works would be needed and was very reasonable when discussing price. He was very punctual and from pictures the workmanship looks great. Would definitely recommend him to others and will use him again if we have any other issues with the roof.
