  Prompt resolution of fault, and excellent communication throughout

  Arrived promptly and identified the issue with my boiler and then fixed the next day once parts obtained. Excellent communication, and dealt with a commercial boiler in a residential house with no complaints. Unlike British Gas.

  Lathe and plaster ceilings replaced

  An extremely dirty job involving tearing down lathe and plaster ceilings on two floors. The guys went out of their way to ensure the work was done as efficiently as possible, while making sure that the dirt and dust was contained so that we could still live in the remainder of the house. I've used SBS for over 12 years on a number of jobs in our 170+ year old house, and would highly recommend Stuart and his team.
