  Absolutely first rate when I enquired an appointment was arranged and David turned up on time I was left with brochures and samples to look through at my leisure there was no pressure to buy. When I had chosen what I wanted a date was set for installation and that started a very good journey. The lads where all very polite and so tidy. Explained what was happening and the end result my dream bathroom

  Cannot fault lofty solutions excellent communication excellent work and the lads who carried out the work were efficient and tidied everything up so pleased with the work and I’m going to have them floor the rest of the loft highly recommend
