  Claude carried out a very tricky job of drilling the old lock out for the price quoted over the 'phone. It was physically hard work and he persevered for just under two hours. He was very efficient and courteous.

  Having had a number of tradesmen recommending new lead chimney flashing for a rare roof leak, Geoff diagnosed unusually high winds and heavy rain as the cause which does not need expensive work done. I was very impressed with his honesty and time spent.
