  replace faulty lock mechanism & realign door

  Dan immediately recognised the fault in the door. He needed to go back to his workplace to find a replacement, but he was back within 2 hours and soon completed the job. The door now opens a locks as good as new.

  Electrical fault

  Whilst boiling a kettle, there was a loud pop and the trip switches went in the fuse box. Simon phoned and talked me through the diagnostics to see where the fault might be. His instructions were clear and helpful and we now have everything working again. I am so thankful for his help.
