  Phil was very helpful and knowledgeable when quoting the job. He offered advice and options on how to resolve our issue. The install was booked at a later date and was completed in the timeframe quoted. Even checking in afterwards Phil was quick to respond.

  Outside pipe and tap repair

  Our outside pipe going down the house from the loft and the tap itself were not working. Sam quoted for the job and fitted us in the same week. His workmanship is great. He noted the original pipe in the loft was not correctly connected and so replaced this with new, rejoined the pipe on the outside of the house and on testing the tap noticed it didn't shut off properly so replaced this too. Sam added an isolation valve in the loft so we can winterize the pipe and tap this winter to look after it too. Another great job for us.

  Replace the consumer unit, add a socket in the kitchen and a flood light in the back garden

  Michael was very professional and kind. We have a two month old baby so he checked we were prepared for the power to go off while he changed the meter tails and board over. He came up with great solutions for the placement and installation of the kitchen socket as well as making the flood light switching safer and making the old cable in the loft safe. He tidied up after each task and took the bulky rubbish with him. The quote and work carried out were very accurate with no hidden costs.
