Bed bugs treatment
Pest Control and Cleaning Ltd provided me with a very efficient service to rid me of the bed bug infestation. The technician arrived promptly and was very polite. Following the treatment applied in the affected rooms including the kitchen, so far I have not experienced any evidence of bugs or insects since.
Investigating a mouse/rat problem
Zana was really helpful and thorough; fumigated, laid traps, investigated potential entry points and plugged some gaps. He also shared lots of information on the subject too! Zana provided a follow up visit and was equally thorough. Would recommend.
Sorting ant infestation
These guys were fantastic - were able to come over within an hours notice, completed the job thoroughly and contacted us afterward to check the treatment had been successful.
Bed Bug Treatment
One treatment was applied but almost as soon as it was applied it was clear that it had not been effective as many bugs were left alive. Mr Koulibaly attended a second time and treated the areas where we had seen the bugs and then started to say I needed to get rid of the mattress, despite having initially said this would not be necessary and putting on the receipt that the only further work required was washing of the bedding. I took it at face value that the second treatment would be effective but that night there were as many bugs as there were to begin with
