Rat Infestation.
I was very happy with the service Zoumana provided. We had a serious rat infestation. Zoumana did a thorough inspection, cleaning and structural proofing. Fast and Reliable service!!
We couldn't be happier with the service we received. I called at around 8pm the evening before, and by 9:30am the next morning the technician was already at our home – an incredibly fast response. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with great care. He thoroughly cleaned the affected area, took the time to explain exactly what needed to be kept or disposed of, and even removed the items for us. Zana is a real find!
Zana from Pest Control rescued me and my family on two separate occasions: an infestation of bugs in bamboo trees in the garden and an infestation of ants in our kitchen. We have many years experience in Pest Control
Rats and mice are determined creatures and are always looking for safe harbourage.
Once rodents have found their way into a warm building with a food supply, it takes skills to get rid of them and then keep them out.
Mice can squeeze through a hole .. the width of a pencil, and rats can navigate even the most slippery pipes.
Its common knowledge in the pest industry is that you can't simply treat pest problems.
You have to make sure the pests don't come back again. The secret to this is proofing, which involves detective work to find out exactly where the pests have entered the building and then blocking holes.
This needs to be done by an expert as particular materials need to be used that can't be gnawed through - even the tiniest gaps need to be expertly filled.
Otherwise, there will be repeated offender pests.
The return of pests is very stressful, depressing, and inconvenient for residents, so the new service has been very well received by customers.
Since the project started, we've seen residents take an interest in the proofing, and because they are more involved, they take on the advice we give them about housekeeping.
They feel like they are part of the process rather than victims of unfortunate circumstances.
We also treat for Bed Bugs.
