  Blocking of holes to prevent rats entering the house.

  Zana did an excellent job. He was very punctual and polite. He explained carefully how he would deal with each aspect of the problem so that we fully understood what he was doing. His price was very reasonable. He also responded to our requests quickly and came back to deal with a further issue. He also returned later to check the measures he had put in place were working well. We were wry pleased with what he achieved and would certainly recommend him.

  Bird removal/pigeon spikes.

  Very efficiently, safely and humanely cleared out some pigeons down a side alley, attaching pigeon spikes so they wouldn’t come back. Amazed he could get started on the same afternoon I got in touch, finished by that evening. Would 100% recommended. Great guy and work.

  Zana came on time, he was really professional and understanding, he explained to me about the issue regarding bed bugs and then carried out the treatment. He even followed up with calls and another visit to make sure everything was okay and with more plans on how to make sure the bed bug problem was eradicated. Very much appreciated."

  A person arrived with no id, to view outside of a house with pigeon problems and soke mess. He spent 510 mins measuring for scaffolding which is not needed for the job. I have two other quotes which are free. He spent half an hour talking about the Congo. The quote sent did not specify any measurements of anything or materials to be used or where the deterents would be placed. Now asking for 85 pounds and a quote which includes an unnecessary bill of 600 for scaffolding. I asked him if it was needed and he said it wasn't, I asked him for a new quote , he refused, just wants 85 for nothing.

Our pricing reflects not only good quality materials and labour but also strict adherence to H&S regulations, industry standards and best practice. Hence the requirement for scaffolding. We understand that cost is important, but cannot, compromise on the H&S element of the job or our technicians to reduce the price, doing so would violate our ethical standards and regulatory obligations, we appreciate your understanding on this matter. We always aim to provide safe, effective, and compliant professional pest control solutions, and were willing to discuss alternative options within those boundaries. The cost of the survey was set out in our T&Cs and would have been deducted from the total price of the work if you had chosen PC&C ltd. Nevertheless, it was payable. Your delay in making that payment resulted in the matter being escalated to our credit control. We hope you find a contractor to complete the work within your budget.)
