  Boiler pilot light not working

  Rob identified the issue very quickly and, whilst the boiler is old and will need replacing soon, got it working again.I have used Neptune before and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

  New Central Heating Pump

  My central heating pump started making loud noises on Sunday evening, and during the night started leaking. Neptune advised an engineer could attend in a couple of hours. This was unfortunately delayed until the afternoon, and I was kept informed. Upon arrival Dave introduced himself, was polite and he and his mate automatically took their shoes off. A new pump was quickly fitted, tested and Dave then went around and checked that all radiators were warming up. I would definitely use Neptune again, and would not hesitate to recommend.

  Terry arrived on time each day , was pleasant, professional and the standard of workmanship very good. He offered to pop round 3 days after completion to check all was still ok. I would have no hesitation in recommending Terry,(and indeed already have).
