  When i recently had a bathroom water leak, Neptune very promptly came out to assist. The problem was identified, remedied and advice given. The plumber was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable . I felt so appreciative. The fee was reasonable. I fully recommend Neptune and i will always call them in future. I really like the family run local company concept,

  Friendly, Reasonable and Trustworthy

  Just moved in to our first house and had a leak coming from the en suite through to the kitchen downstairs with the wall dripping on the outside and inside with massive stains but no idea how. Harry from Neptune came on time, managed to diagnose the issue while cause minimal damage for the investigation as well as provide some recommended next steps all in 1 hour! Super friendly on the phone too during initial enquiry, putting our minds at rest! Provided a report to enable next steps. Would highly recommend!

  I was lacking hot water for months and Neptune fixed the problem.

  I had an engineer called Peter. He had to come back three times until the problem was sorted. He informed me of new problems her found, needing new parts and therefore needing to return a few times until boiler and hot water was sorted properly. He was very thorough, ensuring hot water and heating issues were sorted. Multiple engineers from other companies have come but never fully fixed the problem (on going since covid)! I am certain the problem is finally fixed as haven't felt the water this hot in years (just warm or cold)! Really pleased he managed to sort the problem.
