  Arranged for an appointment to give a estimate. Tradesman unable to make the initial two appointments but called to apologise and I agreed to reschedule. Did not turn up or communicate that unable/unwilling to turn up for the last rescheduled meeting . If you are to busy or do not want the work have the decency to call/leave a message, do not waste people's time!
