  Fast, professional, efficient service from a reliable company

  Excellent service from a very professional company. Managed to get an appointment for an EPC fairly quickly, Lydia and Sasha arrived on time and carried out a very thorough inspection of the house. Lydia answered all of my questions politely and clearly. It was only at the end that I found out that they also issue Gas Safety Certificates and EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Reports). I will definitely be using their other services too on a regular basis from now on, for rental properties. Very happy to recommend this efficient, reliable and reasonably priced company.

  Unreliable, turned up without appointment, lacks basic communication skills, no job done.

  Posted details of a shower leak that needed fixing. Jalpesh was first to express interest within 10 minutes. Sent him photos and explanation with postcode. He turned up without appointment after a couple of hours asking for my house number, but I was not home. Texted him to ask if he was going to wait, but no reply. Then in the evening he sent me a message stating he would turn up at 8am the next morning without asking me if it was OK. Phoned him, asked him why he didn't have courtesy to make an appointment twice. He said I was welcome to find someone else so I did - unreliable person.

  Installation of extractor fans in a flat

  Irfan from Brighthouse Electrical Installation responded quickly to my advert for the installation of four passive extractor fans and one active bathroom fan. As I wanted the job done urgently, he kindly agreed to start the job the very next day after he was sent details of what needed doing. Then together with his assistant Rehan, they both worked really hard over a couple of days to complete the job satisfactorily and as per agreed time schedule. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Conducting the necessary electrical work for the issue of an EICR

  Mattia was quick to respond to my advert and carried out an initial inspection and then proceeded to change the fusebox and bit of rewiring before issuing the necessary EICR for a flat. Job done quickly and efficiently.

  Child Restrictors fitted on all double glazed windows in the house

  Good, tidy work, he fitted all the child restrictors on all double glazed windows within the time specified and even assisted by fitting a shutter vent outside a bathroom vent when requested to do so. Friendly, honest service throughout.

  Replaced all double glazed windows and doors in the house

  Bobby and his team (Sumit and Billy) dealt with the replacement of all double glazed windows and doors in the house professionally, politely and efficiently. They were very friendly and receptive to any requests made and carefully covered the floor and furniture before starting work leaving each room clean and tidy at the end of each day. Bobby went the extra mile to accommodate a couple of my requests and I am very pleased with the service and will certainly be using Clearview Windows and Doors Ltd again in the future.
