  Identified the issue as a simple fix (whereas another provider was suggesting we buy a new fridge/freezer from them before they even checked it out), quick, neat, reasonably priced fix. Could not be happier really

  The guys who did the job were very knowledgable, clear about our options and never felt like they were trying to upsell us on anything. They did a great job, fast and clean and were generally very helpful along the way
