  Great engineers, totally fixed freezer issue, some issues with bookings

  Overall very satisfied with the guys from Marks Tey - Essex (thus the 5 star review) My Zanussi built in fridge freezer had the freezer part fail and not keep temperature at all. It was very quick and easy to make a booking. The engineer that first attended very quickly checked and ascertained it was part / valve failure that directed gas between the fridge and the freezer, so ordered parts and took payment there and then, and said I would be contacted for the replacement part to be fitted. The only negative side of the experience was the bookings. For the first visit I got an appointment fo

  Better than we hoped

  Identified the issue as a simple fix (whereas another provider was suggesting we buy a new fridge/freezer from them before they even checked it out), quick, neat, reasonably priced fix. Could not be happier really

  Be cautious, wouldn’t have written this if manager had actually called me!

  Disappointing really! Came to repair a washing machine that was tripping my electrics. Changed the heating element and the brushes. Left and 10mins later, electrics tripped again. Phoned the office, was told they couldn’t get out for 3 days, asked to speak to the manager. Manager not available, asked him to call me, still waiting. Refused refund on labour but would refund parts if removed from the machine! They removed the parts, these were refunded. Wasn’t the manager who came, engineer emailed manager and asked him to call me. Still waiting!!! Paid £100 for labour, still bought new machine

We could attend next working day but you was not available Our terms and conditions are clear and the call out is not refundable, we can fix your appliance but you chose to replace instead. Sorry you where upset with our service
