Be cautious, wouldn’t have written this if manager had actually called me!
Disappointing really! Came to repair a washing machine that was tripping my electrics. Changed the heating element and the brushes. Left and 10mins later, electrics tripped again. Phoned the office, was told they couldn’t get out for 3 days, asked to speak to the manager. Manager not available, asked him to call me, still waiting. Refused refund on labour but would refund parts if removed from the machine! They removed the parts, these were refunded. Wasn’t the manager who came, engineer emailed manager and asked him to call me. Still waiting!!! We could attend next working day but you was not available Our terms and conditions are clear and the call out is not refundable, we can fix your appliance but you chose to replace instead.
