  1) Bubbles in the new Fibreglass flat roof over the garage and it started leaking, we reported it to the builder and waiting for him to come and fix it. 2) Thermostat installed right next to boiler & Unvented hot water cylinder. 3) Wooden flooring is uneven and creaking at multiple places. 4) To put the wooden flooring on the stair case, the treads of the original stair baseboards have been cut to match the size of single plank, reducing it's size by 5cm.
