Full house refurbishment
1) Bubbles in the new Fibreglass flat roof over the garage and it started leaking, we reported it to the builder and waiting for him to come and fix it. 2) Thermostat installed right next to boiler & Unvented hot water cylinder. 3) Wooden flooring is uneven and creaking at multiple places. 4) To put the wooden flooring on the stair case, the treads of the original stair baseboards have been cut to match the size of single plank, reducing it's size by 5cm.

New bathroom

Rear Extension and house refurbishment
1) Unable to control radiator heating independently from underfloor heating resulting in high energy costs. 2) The floor tiles in all 3 bathrooms are moving and resulting in leaks causing damage to the ground floor ceiling and laminate flooring. You can actually see the flooring(tiles) has dropped in a few places. 3) The ground floor tiling is not level in a few places with the tiles moving and we can see some tiles have cracked within a short period of time. A few of the walls are also not level. 4) The laminate floor is not level and hear loud creaking sounds when anyone walks on top floor.

Extensive decoration. Laminate flooring, electric fittings, tanking etc
Very hardworking and courteous team. Happy to listen and explain all the works, pros and cons. Good communication and updates. They don’t cut corners and are proud and keen to do a good job. Genuine people to work with.

Restaurant set up
Mo and his team did an excellent job setting up my restaurant business. Flooring, central air conditioning, canopies with exhaust fans, gas pipes and boiler all fitted perfectly.
