  A helpful roofer

  3 roofers attended to look at the leak, all identified the same cause but offered diffrent remedy. We consider Lee's way is the best to prevent further leak, thou his quote was not the lowest. Lee kept us informed of the progress by taking & sending photos to us, as we were unable to inspect the work on the roof. They cleaned up the site & my neighbour's garden where he accessed the roof. He, is a considerate person, made a personal call to my neighbour to request access, he also helps repair a few things that can only be done with a long ladder. I'd recommend him to help solve your roof poble

  bedroom renovation

  We have another 2 bedrooms renovated by Alex to high standards. Alex always keeps us inform of the progress and gives us wise ideas and suggestions but he also respects our preferences too. Definitely highly recommend him to anyone and we continue to have him for our ongoing home improvement projects.

  We lived in the house for over 30 years and requested Darren to do an inspection for us. He explained the findings to us and suggested what needed to do but never pushed works that are non-essential but gave us advise instead. Competitive quote. On the day he worked, he was very punctual, work professionally and tidy everything before he left the house. Highly recommended.

  Excellent work completed. Repaired cracked PVC utility and rotten wood roof support + more

  Glad to have Alex again helping some repairing jobs. We have a PVC utility garden room with cracked bottom wall which was caused by natural wear and tear. Alex replaced it with concrete slab instead of PVC. Well done, that last forever. He also sorted out our loose roof tiles , fit the outdoor light, sorted out rotten wood which supporting the polycarbonate roof. Alex is very reliable, good thinking and always give us good and effective alterative advise which is more practical and cost effective. Definitely recommend him to anyone and use him again and again

  Removed old kitchen and install new Ikea kitchne

  Tony and C0 were reliable and work of good quality. Very professional always discussed with us with new idea or any issues for concern. We used Ikea kitchen which was completely different system to B&Q or others, Tony and team worked very hard to ensure all fitted to our expectation. Any issues for concern they sorted out at timely manner or booked times to come back. His apprentice Ben was trained to high standard, kept all areas clean after work. Thanks to his plumber partner was very professional and sorted out the connection of the water softener. Very happy with ORS works.

  Damp and condensation inspection

  Our rental property has some condensation problem, I need to pay the damp specialist from estate agent for the inspection, however, what I received was not the inspection report but quotation. I then sought 2nd opinion from Paul, who was very helpful and gave me an inspection report and suggestion of solving the issues. Due to the landlord responsibilities and commitment, I had communicated with Paul on numerous occasions, he always response personally rather than via the company receptions.
