Mike was excellent from start to finish. He responded to my message straight away, communicated clearly throughout, and made everything easy to arrange. He arrived on time, kept me updated, and quickly sorted the issue without any fuss. He explained the work clearly and even sent photos of the completed job for my records, which was a nice touch.
