Mike is absolutely fantastic. Called him yesterday to ask if he could come remove a radiator for me, he said he could do so this morning, and here I am not even 24 hours later with the job perfectly done - and for a really good price. Incredibly kind and polite guy who clearly knows exactly what he’s doing. I’m pleased to have found a plumber local to me who I can trust! It can be overwhelming & unnecessarily complex to deal with companies these days & it’s always a breath of fresh air to deal directly with someone running their own business. Couldn’t recommend more. We have had a very good experience. We had a leaking shower and tenants moving in imminently. Our message and video was answered very quickly with advice provided and an appointment arranged for the next day. Arrived on the time and identified the problem quickly, kept me informed throughout. Was able to locate, collect and fit the part needed. Communication was friendly and informative.
