  Bilal answered a Sunday SOS when our gas got cut off at 4am by a Southern Gas Engineer who had responded to a CO alarm in the flat above and taken a rather brutal safety-first approach in turning off all three flats in our converted house. Bilal reconnected me and did the checks to prove nothing was wrong. He then got hired by my neighbours to do the same thing in the other two flats and also to replace a combi boiler (that was probably not the culprit but needed replacing anyway). I think we're all pretty happy with him!

  Identifying and fixing pinhole leak in water pipe

  Attended within the hour, removed floor and skirting tiles to identify and access the problem (very luckily for me it was right next to an exposed stopcock) and soldered in a new corner piece to fix a pinhole leak. Really nice guy.
