Honest, Competent and Friendly
Bilal answered a Sunday SOS when our gas got cut off at 4am by a Southern Gas Engineer who had responded to a CO alarm in the flat above and taken a rather brutal safety-first approach in turning off all three flats in our converted house. Bilal reconnected me and did the checks to prove nothing was wrong. He then got hired by my neighbours to do the same thing in the other two flats and also to replace a combi boiler (that was probably not the culprit but needed replacing anyway).
